Basic Refund Policy

  • Retail Items (regular priced) : These have a full 7-day guarantee. If you don't like the item or it is defective, we will either replace it at no cost to you, or you can send it back to us for a full/partial refund depending on the item's state.  Kindly ask our CSR (Customer Service Representative) if yours is covered. You only pay the return shipping fee and replacement of parts after the 7-day guarantee lapsed. For SALE ITEMS, Refund is not applicable, we can only replace the item or exchange a different item.

 

  • Free Promotional Items: Due to the nature of these free promotional items, there is no refund applicable because you are not paying for the item. You pay for shipping, but that cost is not refundable because it goes towards actually shipping the item

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

  •  Delivery can vary and take between 1-2 weeks. We use manufacturers all over the world to bring unique and specialty items to our customers, so not everything comes from the Philippines. These items ship via LBC and almost all have tracking numbers unless otherwise specified.

Where do your other items come from?

  • Home Depot Xpress is all about bringing you unique and specialty items that you won't find anywhere else. So we source items from all over the world. Because while some of our items do come from our factory in the US, Germany, UK and China, there are many items that are simply not available immediately. To keep a diverse group of products you will love, we go far and wide to find the best manufacturers designing the coolest stuff. 

Order Modifications or Cancellation

After your order has been placed, you have 24 hours to contact us and request order modifications, change of address, or a cancellation. After 24 hours, your order has already been placed in production and can no longer be modified.

Damaged/ Incorrect Order

We try our best to ensure product quality and accuracy, but sometimes mistakes happen and we sincerely apologize in advance if/ when it happens.  If either of these rare occurrences happens to you, please take a clear photo of the item(s) or Video and email it to us, along with your order number to: homedepotxpress@gmail.com. Once we receive your email and verify the issue, we will get a replacement sent to you right away. 

Order Not Received

If your item has not arrived within 14 days after you placed your order, please contact our support team and we will promptly take care of you.  

IMPORTANT: Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. We do our best to avoid errors by verifying the shipping information with every customer in the order confirmation sent immediately after ordering. Costs to reship the package will be invoiced to the customer.

We are also not responsible for failed deliveries due to the addressee not being home during the time of delivery.
